Me-Made-May 2016 Pledge… it’s ON!

It’s that time of year again, when the sewing blogosphere blows up with pledges of wearing handmade garments throughout the month of May. Yes, folks, Me-Made-May 2016 is HERE!

I participated last year and it was great! Click here to check out my Me-Made-May 2015 recap post.

So I’m ready to dive in again and have already posted my pledge on Zo’s blog.

I, Rachel of SewREDy.wordpress.com, sign up as a participant of Me-Made-May ’16. I endeavor to wear at least one handmade item of clothing each day for the duration of May 2016.

I’ll be posting my outfits daily on my Instagram account – so follow me @sewredy to keep up! I’ll also post here weekly with recaps.

I will have to get a little creative with my photos since DD is working a different shift than me for most of the month and can’t photograph me during the week. Let’s see how this works out!

    1. The photos are the hardest, for sure! I know where my wardrobe gaps are from last year, but of course I haven’t made anything to fill those. ‘Doh! I’m hoping this year won’t be too much of a repeat from last year for me. Good luck and I can’t wait to see your MMMay outfits!

  4. I loved watching your progress last year! More ‘Murica fun! I’m participating on Instagram I think only this year since I haven’t figured out yet how to blog regularly with the baby. Phone vs. real camera is where I’m living these days. 🙂

    1. Haha thanks! We’ll see if I bust out the ‘Murica! dress again. It’s starting to get a little tight, darn those chocolates that seem to just hop into my mouth!

      I can imagine how hard it is to try to blog with a new baby – congrats, by the way! Good luck this month. 🙂
